Flexibility, customization and individual solutions set SECO apart from the growing global competition.
To this end, we offer our customers customizable products that are perfectly designed for their application. For example, the standard SC031 transducer is typically characterized by encapsulation in polyurethane and contacting with black and red Teflon strands. At the customer’s request, variants with two brass sleeves of different heights and a longer coaxial cable were developed at short notice. This not only looks elegant, but also enables the customer to install the product easily, even in confined installation spaces.
We offer a wide range of customization options and additional equipment for challenging environmental conditions and special applications. Also for projects with small quantities.
Do you need something extravagant? Together we will find the optimum solution for your measuring task.
What are the advantages of customization?
The customization of ultrasonic transducers is a major trend in modern measurement technology. While standardized ultrasonic transducers meet many industrial requirements, special applications require customized solutions to ensure the best possible performance and precision. Customization makes it possible to optimize transducers for specific operating conditions, special materials or complex geometric requirements.
An important aspect of customization is the choice of materials. Depending on the area of application, different materials can be selected for the housing, the matching material or the protective coating of the transducer. These material adaptations ensure that the transducers work reliably even under extreme conditions. Frequency adjustment is also a key element of customer-specific adaptation. Depending on the application, the operating frequency of the transducer can vary in order to achieve optimum signal transmission and sensitivity.
The geometric design also plays a role in the customization. We adapt the shape and size of the transducer to the customer’s specific requirements in order to facilitate integration into existing systems. This is particularly important in applications with limited installation space, complex geometric requirements or already specified customer-specific housings.
Through customization, companies can not only maximize the performance and reliability of their ultrasonic transducers, but also increase the efficiency of their processes and secure competitive advantages. This makes customization a key factor in the development of modern ultrasonic systems.
