Long range

Do you want to bridge large distances?

Choose a resonant transducer with a low excitation frequency, a large radiating surface and a small opening angle.
By optimising the installation, transducer geometry and material properties, we can additionally extend the measuring range.

Particularly good EMC

You need a high electromagnetic compatibility?

In addition to the option of encapsulating your transducer in a sheet metal shield, it is also possible to optimise the EMC properties by using the shortest possible stranded wires or a coaxial stranded wire. If desired, we can mount an additional shielding strand on the housing. Likewise, the metallisation of the matching material body or the use of our EMC lacquer leads to improved electromagnetic compatibility. We are also happy to take on your customised suggestions.

Short decay

You want to measure with a high sampling rate?

In addition to the option of encapsulating your transducer in a sheet metal shield, it is also possible to optimise the EMC properties by using the shortest possible stranded wires or a coaxial stranded wire. Ice-cold transducers

Reliable function even at operating temperatures below freezing point?

We will gladly equip your ultrasonic transducer with a suitable heater. In addition, we reduce the structure-borne noise that occurs at low temperatures by means of an adapted potting compound and optimised mounting.

Desired frequency

Does your application have special frequency range requirements?

For areas of application with particularly narrow tolerances or for an application with several transducers, we can manufacture your transducers frequency-selected on request.

High sensitivity

In your application, a high signal voltage is the most important thing?

Choose a focused transducer or a multi-use transducer. We will be happy to increase the signal voltage additionally by adapting the geometry or modifying the potting compound.

Operation up to 105°C

When things get hotter...

Do you work in environments with high heat input? For the use of our transducers between 70 and 105°C, we equip our transducers with a more heat-stable potting compound on request. 

Individual electrical contacting

Stranded wire, pins or plugs?

We manufacture our transducers with twisted Teflon or PVC strands as standard. For optimised electromagnetic compatibility or if there is a greater distance between the transducer and the electronics, our excellently shielded coaxial strands are suitable. We are also happy to provide your transducer with solder pads or pins in the typical 5 mm pitch. This enables easy mounting on a printed circuit board.

Pressure applications

Powerful even under pressure.

Our ultrasonic transducers work reliably at ambient pressures up to 10 bar. For even higher pressures, we offer various special solutions, for example mounting on a glass feedthrough.

Functional coating

Your transducer needs an additional coating?

For improved electromagnetic compatibility, we coat our matching material body with a metallisation. In addition, sealing of the transducer front surface with our scratch-resistant, dirt-repellent protective lacquer is possible.

Assembly in modules

Direct mounting?

For complex installation situations, we offer mounting of the transducers in your assembly. This allows the transducer front surface to be aligned with reference geometries.
