Our design options
One of our strengths is our flexibility. Thanks to a large selection of design options, we have the flexibility to customize our transducers according to your wishes. With different housings, a wide range of contacting options and innovative additional equipment, we are happy to adapt our standard transducers to your requirements.
Housing
Choose from a wide range of installation variants. We are also happy to mount your transducers directly in your customer-specific housing.
Customer enclosure
Do you already have a housing and are looking for the right transducer? We would be happy to mount or encapsulate it in your customized housing or small assemblies.
Metal housing
Our tin-plated metal housing provides a robust enclosure for excellent electromagnetic compatibility and protection against extreme environmental conditions.
Array
The arrangement of transducers in rows or arrays enables close-meshed scanning of surfaces and a wide scanning range without mechanical tracking.
PU molded part
Encapsulation without a housing? Geometrically flexible and cost-effective, we install your transducer in a cylindrical molded part made from our own formulated polyurethane foam.
Brass sleeve
Mounting in our solderable brass sleeve offers a cost-effective installation option with excellent EMC properties.
Potting with contour
We are happy to cast your transducer in a PU molded part with a sealing lip. This enables simple, geometrically flexible installation in your assembly.
Contacting
We offer the right solution for contacting your transducer for every application. We assemble our stranded wires ourselves. This enables us to guarantee the highest quality and implement customer-specific adaptations quickly and easily.
Coaxial strands
For excellent electromagnetic compatibility, choose our shielded coaxial strands. These are also the first choice when particularly long strands are required.
Teflon / PVC strands
We assemble our resistant Teflon or PVC strands according to your geometric specifications in sizes AWG34, 32 and 30. To ensure high electromagnetic compatibility, we use the shortest possible strands and twist them as standard.
Additional shielding wire
Do your electronics require a separate electrical potential for the housing? In this case, we contact the conductive housing, e.g. with an additional stranded wire.
Pins
For easy mounting on a printed circuit board, order your transducer with pins in the typical 5 mm pitch.
Soldering pads
To contact your transducer directly via the circuit board, select solder pads. These enable uncomplicated installation in an electronic assembly.
Crimp plugs
We will contact your transducer with crimp connectors on request. Talk to us!

EMC coating
The metallization of the matching material body improves the electromagnetic compatibility of your transducer.
Heater

Coating of the front surface
For heavy-duty environments, we seal the front surface of your transducer, e.g. with our dirt-repellent, scratch-resistant protective coating.
Glass feedthrough
For use in a high-pressure environment and flushing with aggressive media, we mount your transducer on a robust glass feedthrough.
Colored potting
For easier assignment or for your corporate design, we also offer the usual black encapsulation in other colors.
